Trust between agents and the principal
If you registered and you decided to use the technology, you will be able to set-up individual meetings with your agents.
Show them project videos and share this information:
Companies globally (Show them the website of Resolve Wildlife) invited you to be one of the patriots who will work with tracking dogs in media in the project that will help nature conservation. (You should sell it that it is a privilege to receive such an invitation)
The global companies rely on you as principal that you will be able to create the required network for the Enjoy Life app in your community.
Part of the trust that we put in you as a principal, is that we trust that you will do anything possible to help your agents become the most successful individuals in your marketing area.
You can tell them that we as an organization relies on a strong support relationship with the agents. It is important for us that your agents will have more family time available, and that they should represent the tracking dogs with pride.
If feasible, they should work in an environment without stress.
Therefore, we are prepared to use our infrastructure and reallocate funds, even those originally intended for conservation, to support action plans that enhance service for homeowners.
You will also work with them and plan on the web-based platform where data is feed into the Enjoy Life app. You will position your agents individually on a Geo-hash map in what we refer to as a “catchment area”. (On the website, you will also see how the opposition agents who joined the project are positioned. We believe that less than 10% of the agents working in your entire marketing area will eventually be involved in this important project)
The Enjoy Life app uses positioning data of agents in the Geo-hash blocks when the software recommends agents to homeowners who request agents to help sell or let their properties.
Most homeowner do not know agents personally. They will then take other information into account when they decide who they want to invite for marketing support.
The software recommends agents based on funds available in the agent’s marketing e-wallets, plus feedback ratios. The information given to the homeowner shows how many community connections the agent has.
We will discuss this information in more detail later under the e-Wallet section.
The software will also help agents to built community links with business owners in the marketing area.
The public will soon know that tracking dogs can assist them in their own businesses.
They will then use the Enjoy Life app to request support. The app will recommend agents, using the same information to generate its list.
Agents with numerous community links, plus marketing budgets in the e-Wallets will receive better positioning
The agents will therefore see the progress taken by you as principal to help them build a business for themselves in your company, and by doing so, that you as person also value their personal lives where family time should also be valued. (More details will be published in the section on how homeowners will approach agents to help sell/let their properties.)
Your agents will immediately trust you as an individual who act in their best interest.






Trust between clients and your agents
The dog’s media tag will play an important role in strengthening trust between your agents and their clients.
When you receive your dog, you can immediately download the media files from that dog.
You can then provide these pictures to your designing company where you can arrange for name tags to be printed.
These name tags will be handed out to your agents. This will result in numerous benefits.
First:
Conversations between clients and your agents will almost immediately be directed to the badge of the dog.
Clients will ask why do you wear that badge?
The agents will then explain that your company has been invited to represent the dogs, and that you are involved in the beta testing of software, that will soon address funding problems that nature conservation organizations face.
It will subconsciously create a trust feeling towards the agents. Only selected teams are involved, hence the agents wearing these badges should in theory be trustworthy.
Your agents will also have a video clip that they can share with the clients, where management of Resolve Wildlife explain that only selected agents received the media support rights of tracking dogs.
Second:
Your agents will now be forced to wear your company’s name tags. It is often the scenario where agents tend to leave their names tags at home. They don’t feel the need to wear the company’s branding and name tags.
The reality is that these name tags often encourage homeowners who want to sell/let, or clients who wants to buy/rent to talk to your agents.
They might see the agent at a store or at a venue in town. There are lots of people who use agents whom they never met before.
You can with this project explain to your agents that guesthouse owners and restaurateurs in your community will also rely on your agents wearing the dog’s name badges. It is therefor important to wear your own company’s name tag as well.
You might even use this opportunity to penalize your agent for not wearing his/her name tag. You can tell the agent that you pay monthly fees to allow your agent the opportunity to wear the dog’s name tag. If you see them without any of the name tags, you will collect the marketing costs from them directly.
Conclusion
The dog’s name tags will be one of the best, unique media strategies to help your company move forward.
It is only one small part of this project, but in our view, the results that you will receive, compared to the media costs, is already a huge win for your company.
