Resolve Wildlife invites a small number of principals for a long-term solution.
Wildlife conservation will in future require larger financial support to succeed. Poaching of protected species will become more aggressive as human populations expand worldwide. This will put larger strains on the existing organizations who contribute financially.
Principals in the property industry will from now on play the most important role in an action plan that we implement to help save vulnerable animals on the brink of extinction.
South Africa is an important country on our continent. The pressure on wildlife in Africa, must be resolved out of innovative ideas initiated by South Africans.
People globally will help nature conservation in Africa, if they can do so by benefiting themselves.
The reality is that nobody in countries on other continents will truly work towards solutions for the African continent.
You already had access to our invitation videos which we hope would have explained the importance of this project.
At the end of this page, we publish additional videos that will help you understand what steps we implement to help our business partners protect their real estate businesses.

In this project, you will own a geographical area, that is part of the continent.
The geographical area, identified by Google servers plus phone technology, consists of real properties, owned by actual people.
The area contains active businesses run by people. The income will not be monopoly money, but actual money!
When you own this geographical area (5km X 5km), you will be able to sell the marketing rights and transfer the income earnings (which will be in US Dollars) to the new owners of your business.
Increase the capital value of your business
Many real estate business owners struggle to increase their company's capital value and plan for retirement because the business heavily depends on the principal, making it difficult for new owners without industry experience to successfully take over and maintain high resale value.
Earning advertisement fees as third income stream
Real estate businesses traditionally generate income through commissions from rentals and property sales, but this document introduces a third income stream for business partners through advertisement fees funded by international companies and dog lovers.
This new model aims to increase the capital value of real estate companies in South Africa by leveraging global advertising revenues to reward principals who participated in the beta testing phase.

Marketing cost and media support: Principals will contribute small marketing costs over 4-to-6-month period for global distribution preparation, spending approximately R1,890 monthly to support 10 agents, totalling around R11,340 if the full six months are needed. This media spending is designed to build trust and provide value for money. It will increase the level of trust between the agents and yourself, and between clients and the agents. Typically, trust can't be bought, but in this situation, it can.

Business professionals, primarily property principals aligned with shared values, are sought for close partnerships to develop groundbreaking phone technology aimed at supporting nature conservation in Africa, with financial rewards limited to a small group in South Africa.
The financial contribution to business partners (although it will be Millions per year) is small if you consider the size of the project, compared to a small number of South Africans who participated in development and testing who will be financially rewarded.
Please note, we will not mention anything about an e-Arc after the completion of the software.
The general population globally will only use this software to their own benefits.
We only talk about building an e-Arc to people who we need in a close business partnership.

The estate agency landscape is about to change.
According to the Pareto Principle, also known as the 80/20 rule. This principle suggests that roughly 80% of outcomes come from 20% of causes. In business, it's often paraphrased as:

"80% of sales come from 20% of customers"

"80% of profits come from 20% of products"
We believe that pertaining to the real estate businesses, that it is currently more like a 60/40 scenario. 60% of sales is currently done by 40% of agents. This is because there are currently no systems that provide a secure structure for agents.
There are numerous agents operating within the industry, and there do not appear to be significant advantages that enable particular agents to outperform others. There are also too many agents involved in the South African property sector.
The newly developed software structure will soon change the scenario to a 80/20, where 80% of sales will be done by 20% of agents working in the industry.
The reason for this statement is the fact that the way agents will in future get access to mandates, will dramatically change.
It will be important to read the pages we publish under Additional Information where we discuss how agents will in future be invited by homeowners to help market their properties. In this section we explain how influencers such as musicians and other people in your community will encourage homeowners to use the Enjoy Life app so that the homeowners can invite agents for marketing support.

Important Information - restaurants
You will be introduced to the most expensive software development, that will forever have an impact on the property industry.
Years of development will now be structured into the final product, earmarked for the European market.

You need to understand the content that restaurateurs will read when we invite them into the project. The software will assist restaurateurs to secure more clients for their restaurants.
The Enjoy Life app will eventually secure large funding from abroad, that will be handed out to residents in your marketing area via your agents. The funds from abroad will end up at the partnering restaurants. Restaurateurs will value a partnership with you.
We already had numerous meetings with restaurateurs before we started the development. The restaurateurs we talked to, are all excited about the plan to include tracking dogs as a marketing tool.
They are obviously very excited about our plan to source funding from abroad to help them in their restaurants.
